If you are looking for a touchscreen phone but don’t have the budget to consider the top of the range options then the LG Cookie KP500 pink mobile phone might be the one for you. While it doesn’t have the same feature set that the top of the range touchscreens have, it is considerably cheaper and is still a good phone.
The main selling point of the Cookie is that it is a real touchscreen phone at a price that won’t break the bank.. You get full touchscreen functionality and it can be used with a stylus or your fingers. It also benefits from the fact that touchscreens have been around for a while and hence they are a lot easier to use than they were when they first hit the market. The Cookie KP500 also comes with an accelerometer so that it will flip the screen to whichever direction you are holding it.
The other benefit of the cookie is that it is noticeably smaller than similar touchscreen phones. You would think that this would mean that you would have a much smaller screen, but luckily due to some clever engineering this isn’t the case.
The downside of the LG Cookie KP500 is that you don’t get the same quality of camera as other touchscreen phones have (3.2 MP compared with up to 8 in other phones). You also don’t get wireless functionality or 3G which means that if you are looking for an internet p[hone then it probably isn’t for you.

As you would expect from a touchscreen the design is sleek and stylish, although it doesn’t quite have the same impact as other touchscreen phones. There are three physical buttons but most of the phones features are controlled using the touchscreen operating system. As pink mobiles go, the LG Cookie is about middle of the range when it comes to looks.
